Prices assume a standard lot in our service area. Larger properties are quoted individually. Month-to-month with no minimum term is available for active listings and units between tenants, and a portfolio rate applies from four properties.

$5M commercial general liability, with care, custody and control. Certificate on request.
Bonded
Every key holder is bonded. Access is by audited smart lockbox, not keys in a drawer.
Compliant
Every subcontractor carries their own liability cover and a current WSIB clearance.
